The Boarding House is pleased to present an evening with Oregon winemaking legend, David Adelsheim. David will lead a tasting and discussion of his wines (inlcuding winery exclusives) paired with a five course dinner created by Chef Tanya Baker. David Adelsheim is President of Adelsheim Vineyard, which he founded with Ginny Adelsheim in 1971. As one of the founders of the Oregon wine industry, he helped set standards of excellence for that industry. For his significant impact on the establishment and growth of the Oregon wine industry, he as been named the 2006 Oregon Vintner of the Year at the Classic Wines Auction and a 2010 Oregon History Maker by the Oregon Historical Society, as well as being honored with the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Oregon Wine Board.
