Master Sommelier Alpana Singh will lead a 90 minute instructional seminar on how to taste wine like a professional sommelier. Learn how to describe and discuss the attributes of sight, smell and taste and how to put all the elements togther when pairing wines with food or selecting wines with confidence. We will be using the deductive tasting format to identify the grape, country, origin and vintage of six styles of wine. Alpana will teach you how to analyze a wine's legs, body, nose, and other markers to understand how to get the most out of your wine tasting experience. The class is designed for both the novice and advanced enthusiast.
